A commission by to draw his personal coat of arms. I had not been drawing heraldry for so many years, but it was really interesting to delve into the heraldic rules again, to browse through many beautiful heraldic designs for inspiration and to draw my version of this coat of arms.

Blazon: "Per bend sinister bleu-celeste four hemps Argent seeded Or, I. the field of the second a bagpipes Gules, II. Gules three bars Or. For a crest, upon a wreath of the second and fourth, a pair of wings Gules three bars Or semy of hemp flowers Argent seeded Or. Motto: Suum Cuique."
